Welcoming summer 2018/19. As your holiday personal chef here at Esta Costilla, I have chosen to go with “celebration” as my mantra. I love travelling and I love bringing new cuisine with me from all around the globe. I also love getting my produce straight from the farmer. I take no shortcuts to insure the flavours that end up on your plate are as natural and as close to the source as it gets and I spend a tremendous amount of time undertaking processes that are as traditional as they are adventurous.

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE

Chef (a must) - $125.

Waiter (recommended for any event size. a requirement for groups larger then 7) - $125

Public holidays - a flat 25% surcharge rate will be applied.

Service is approximately 2 -3 hours.

You will need a functioning kitchen with hot running water, a stove, oven and on some occasions a fridge.

Rustic cutlery - $12 per person.

Regional local wine pairing - $50 per person.

Esta Costilla’s high end silverware, wine glasses, flowers, candles, table cloth and plates - $22 per person.

Special dietary requirements or allergies! Please advise us. We will do our best to accomodate by creating alternative thoughtful dishes. This may incur a small fee.  

Menu is always subject to changes and may very slightly on the day. This is due to Esta Costilla's need to constantly evolve, change, flow with the seasons and work with daily market fresh and farm/ garden ingredients. We advice our customers to keep a constant eye on our website and be a little open minded.   

Booking requirement or Esta Costilla’s charge is for seven person minimum.

For bookings outside the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road travel time will be calculated accordingly.
