I love working and infusing meats with smoke and fire, utilising a variety of timbers and coals. Here I borrow techniques from Argentina, Texas and South America where cooking, grilling and smoking meat is a deeply seated ritual. This menu option is bursting with richness and flavour and is sure to get your guests in touch with their inner carnivoure.

This menu is a combination of Middle Eastern dips and seafood. I personally love eating like this. This combination makes for a vibrant and balanced dining experiance.

Additional things to note:

A waiter will be required to assist. Cost is $125 + $25ph if the service is longer then three hours.

To make a booking a 20% non refundable deposit is required.
