I came up with the idea for a menu that would celebrate my love for exceptional beef and seafood, the land on which the cattle are raised on, the committed farmers who go to extraordinary lengths to ensure Robbins Island unrivalled consistency and whom produce a marble scoring that is synonymous with prime Wagyu beef. Lets add in the butchers and fishmongers who command my complete respect and admiration and let the party begin.

Robbins Island Wagyu features an impressive Beef Marble Score (BMS 5-9), the taste signature is a great combination of specific Wagyu genetics, regional pasture influences and a pristine environment. This guarantees Robbins Island Wagyu to be some of the most natural and best tasting beef in the world.

Booking requirement or Esta Costilla’s charge is for four person minimum.
For bookings outside the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road travel time will be calculated accordingly.
